Metra recomends using proper mating adapter and make connections, as shown. (Isolate and individual tape from the ends of any unused cables to prevent electrical short circuits.) 2. reconnect the battery negative terminal and test the device for proper functioning. 3 Ministers radio and dash assemblies in the reverse order of disassembly. Make wiring connections using EIA color code chart below, and instructions with the headquarters unit. Metra recommends to do connections as shown below; Strips, Splice, solder, Tape. Isolate and individual tape from the ends of any unused cables to prevent electrical short circuits.
